Four restaurants and a growing family of concepts from chef and restaurateur Llazar Konda — built around fresh, shareable food and the experience of gathering together.
Llazar Konda came to the United States from Greece, first settling in Oconomowoc, carrying more than two decades of restaurant experience and a kitchen full of Mediterranean tradition. He started in downtown Waukesha with The Crepe Cafe and Meli before finding his home on the water in Pewaukee.
"My main focus is on the experience that people have. I can cook all day long — the food is one thing, but the gathering is everything."
His Mediterranean heritage shapes every menu — fresh, light, and made for sharing. What began as one lakefront bistro has grown into one of Lake Country's most exciting hospitality stories.
Fresh, simple, and made to share — each room with its own character and identity, all rooted in Llazar's love of convivial, social dining. Tap any restaurant to explore its menu and details.
Beyond the dining room, the group is expanding the Mediterranean experience from the table to the pantry — and bringing closed neighborhood rooms back to life.

Now open: a restored downtown chapel reborn as the group's fourth restaurant.
